Who are the promotion contenders in each division?
Who are the teams to look out for, might spring a surprise?
Will Trundle have the same influence at Havvywest?
All 3 divisions look competitive, tough to call each one.

A few thoughts on this.
D1
Hard to see beyond HavWest and Penybont for me, again I think Trundle may prove the difference.
Be surprised if anybody else applies for tier 1 too.
Expect Cambrian to again be around, built a good squad there. I like BFL's recruitment this summer, could be a good season for them. The Goytres I expect will be in the mix too.
Of the promoted sides, Pontypridd Town did well against div 1 sides in cups last season, think they will be comfortable. For LM and Ammanford surely survival will be a good season.
D2
STM are the team to beat as best of the rest last season and as far as I am aware no major loss of playing talent.
Swansea Uni I expect to go straight up too, some outstanding WL players in their squad.
As for the rest, it looks very competitive. Pontardawe have made some excellent signings, although off field factors may need sorting for tier 2 (not sure of the progress there). Aberbargoed weren't a million miles away either and look to have retained the best part of their squad.
D3
Trefelin the side to beat, to a certain extent unlucky last season, but the table doesn't lie.
Penydarren, had some good results pre season and can they continue last season's remarkable form? Porth have recruited well and there seems to be a real determination and positivity around the club. Treharris finished strongly last season, the likes of Trethomas and Newport City have made solid signings.
D3 a very hard league to call, but I think two from Trefelin, Porth and Penydarren.
